Sorry my previous answer was misleading. If you connect it to an arduino's PWM pin and use the TMRPCM,SD and SPI.h libraries, you can play your recorded voice,sound or music stored in a memory card. But the sound will not be satisfactory. Connection is just like any other speaker depending on your application.
