Q: I bought this product, but it is not passing the consisten (constant) output till the battery has poer more than the value set. For example: I set 12V output from 24V input. But at the starting is deliver 12V afterthen it is going down. I observed it reaches to 9V which is very bad for any battery to damage. What should I do? Is this faulty product?
