First of all, we did not mention any brand name here. These are local products and as written in our policy, these type of products may not match with the illustration always. And if the battery is dead, please send that back to us along with your order number or a copy of your invoice. We will check that and give you a replacement if there is any problem. Well, I have send you back the dead battery(wrapped with the invoice of order no. 106532) along with the payment of order no.106671 which you will be receiving form the courier guy ! Please note that, I expect a fresh and checked 9V battery replacement on my next shipment otherwise I may no longer be purchasing components form techshop in future. এগুলো প্যাকড হয়ে আসে, প্যাকড হয়েই বিক্রী হয়। আমরা খুলে চেক করিনা। কারণ, সেটা করলে কাস্টমাররাই বলবেন খোলা জিনিষ দিয়েছি। সো, বলা সম্ভব না। আর যে কমেন্টটার কথা বলেছেন সেটার উত্তরও পড়েছেন আশা করি। প্রডাক্ট বিক্রির সাতদিনের ভেতর কেউ সমস্যার কথা বললে আমরা তা রিপ্লেস, ট্রাবলশ্যুট, যা দরকার সবই করি। আর দুই হাজার চৌদ্দ সালে উনি যে সমস্যা পেয়েছিলেন তা এখনও অন্যকেউ পাবেই ব্যপারটা তো তা নয়। ঐ স্টক তো বহু আগে শেষ। Answered by A.R, 17-Oct-2016 18:58 PM
