At first please check all of your connections and make sure that your power supply is sufficient. If still no improvement, send us the product back. We will check that and take steps accordingly. ok, I checked it. Data communication is not working. Network is working,even if I call to the number placed in the BOB. I soldered the SIM socket with the module.
